Overview:

Olympic WaterGuard Clear Multi-Surface Waterproofer penetrates the surface, providing 2-way protection against water damage and mildew growth on the film. Use Olympic WaterGuard Clear Multi-Surface Waterproofer to protect exterior surfaces such as concrete, brick, stucco, masonry, mortar, terrazzo, wood, wood shingles, pressure treated wood, wood decks, or outdoor wood furniture.

SPREADING RATE PER COAT:
On highly porous surfaces, approximately 9 to 14 square metres (100
to 150 sq. ft.) per 3.78 L.
On less porous surfaces approximately 23 to 32.5 square metres
(250 to 350 sq. ft.) per 3.78 L.
Coverage figures may vary depending on texture of surface and
application method.
DRYING TIME: Normally dries in 12 to 24 hours when applied in
optimal temperatures of 10 to 32°C (50 to 90°F). Allow 24 to 48 hours
of drying time before light foot traffic or replacing furniture.
Low temperature, high humidity, thick films or poor ventilation will
increase these times.
