Overview:

Our premium waterborne alkyd floor and porch enamels are formulated to meet the performance requirements of the residential and commercial markets. Offering the performance of an alkyd with easy water
clean-up, our waterborne alkyd formulas provide a bright, protective
gloss finish. Ideal for concrete basement floors, walls, patios, decks,
steps and porches. Please use caution. Do not use on surfaces that
are frequently damp. Not recommended for use on garage floor or
carports that are subject to tire traffic.


Recommended Subrstrates: Concrete, Masonry, Wood


COVERAGE: Approximately 300 to 400 sq. ft. (28 to 37 sq. meters) per
U.S. Gallon (3.78L) on smooth, nonporous surfaces.

DRYING TIME: Dry time @ 77ºF (25ºC); 50% relative humidity.
To Touch: 4-6 hours
To Recoat: 24 hours
For Service on Floors 48 hours
To Full Cure: 30 days
